COVID-19 Statement

Dear Community and Valued Customers, 

As the grass starts to green, our business gears up to service our customers with outdoor power equipment sales and service. But this year, we are in an unprecedented situation. 

COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, and on supply chains. I would like to share and update on what Bendle Lawn Equipment is doing to keep our customers and our employees safe while continuing to supply and support our community and its surrounding areas with all of their lawn and garden needs. 

The ongoing spread of Coronavirus has created a fluid environment where things are changing at a fast pace. Our business has always been dedicated to taking care of our community - and this situation is no different. 

Bendle Lawn Equipment is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), along with our local agencies on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities. Importantly, we are asking that our employees stay home from work if they feel sick. 

We will be operating with curbside service for all equipment sales/service/parts needs. We will also be available for pickup and delivery.

To ensure the best experience for our customers, our business will continue to work tirelessly to protect you and our employees in the following ways:

  • Showroom Cleaning - We clean our facility multiple times a day every day.
  • High Touch Areas - Our staff is ensuring that high-touch areas, like doors and counters, are receiving more frequent cleaning throughout the day.
  • Staff & Customer Hygiene - Our facility has male and female restrooms that are fully stocked with hand soap and paper towels. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and our restrooms are available to all of our customers as well. 

Bendle Lawn Equipment has long been a trusted partner in the community. As with other local humanitarian crisis events, we are helping with relief related to COVID-19 and will continue to seek opportunities to assist our community. 

As this situation is evolving rapidly, we have stayed active and up to date with information on how Bendle Lawn Equipment can respond to COVID-19. 

Bendle Lawn Equipment’s operations team is experienced with adapting to changing conditions, and are developing contingency plans to address potential sources of disruption in our day to day business activities. 

Our team is working to continue to serve our valued customers’ needs during this time while keeping everyone safe.
